During a study of aphids from W' Himalaya, 2 new aphid species, Eumyzus indicus n. sp. and Melanaphis strobilanthi n. sp. and hitherto unknown 4 morphs of Melanaphis pahanensis (Takahashi 1950) on Pyrus spp. were discovered. This paper contains the description of these new species and of the hitherto unknown morphs. The types of the new species are presently deposited in the Biosystematics Research Unit, Department of Zoology, University of Kalyani.
