Rhodesiopsis gelatinosa (Deuteromycotina, Melanconiales) is described from leaves of Phormium tenax and Poa foliosa. Unicellular, appendaged conidia are produced from annellidic conidiogenous cells which occasionally proliferate sympodially. This form of conidiogenesis is discussed and related to other types.
