Abstract
The infrageneric taxon Acroscyphella Sect. Tjiwideienses is described and Gottschea sect. Tuloides is a new combination. Brevianthus flavus subsp. crenulatus (Brevianthaceae), Gottschea conchophylla var. multidentata (Schistochilaceae), and Stolonivector fiordlandiae var. nodulosus (Lophocoleaceae) are new varieties, and Gottschea isotachyphylla, Leptoscyphus beckettianus (Lophocoleaceae), and Tylimanthus tenellus var. diversifolius (Acrobolbaceae) are new combinations. Tylimanthus tenellus is restricted to Australasia. The distribution of Tylimanthus viridis is clarified, occurring in southern South America, Juan Fernandez, Tristan da Cunha, Kerguelen I., Marion I. and Crozet I. Gottschea is validly published and Paraschistochila is regarded as a synonym. Cryptostipula is regarded as a synonym of Hepatostolonophora (Lophocoleaceae) and Cryptostipula inundata is placed in synonymy of Hepatostolonophora paucistipula. Acroscyphella nitidissima is referred to as a new synonym of Acroscyphella phoenicorhizus. Pachyglossa tenacifolia is designated the type of Pachyglossa sect. Tenacifoliae (Lophocoleaceae).
