Abstract
The checklist contains all records of algae incl. cyanophytes from the Czechoslovak stretch of the Danube river published till 1982. Over 90 valid reports are compiled with more than 1590 collection records. The Czechoslovak Danube algal flora consists of over 590 infrageneric taxa in 191 genera.
