Abstract
From 1955 to 1975, the associations of ground spiders in Slowenian forests have been investigated at 34 localities by barber traps. 32 of the recorded species proved to have an activity dominance of > 5%. Most of them are ombrophil-hemihygrophil, ombrophil-hemihygrobiont or hemiombrophil-hemihygrophil species.
