Kurzfassung
Alle 9 untersuchten Proben von Acarospora heufleriana Koerb. zeigen positive Thallusreaktionen mit KOH (Rotfärbung). Einige Proben wurden dünnschichtchromatographisch untersucht. Hauptinhaltsstoffe sind Norstictsäure im Mark und Rhizocarpsäure in der Rinde.
Abstract
All the 9 samples of the yellow lichen species Acarospora heufleriana Koerb., tested with KOH, gave a red reaction in the medulla. After testing with thin layer chromatography it has been shown, that Acaro spora heufleriana contains rhizocarpic acid in the cortex and norstictic acid in the medulla.
