Abstract
Investigation of habitat, growth form and morphology of G. limprichtii, including patches of G. limprichtii growing intermingled with G. tergestina Tomm. and with G. anodon Bruch et Schimp., showed that G. limprichtii has to be treated as a distinct taxon, known from a few localities in the European Alps and the Himalayas.
Kurzfassung
Untersuchungen von Standort, Wuchsform und Morphologie von G. limprichtii Kern, eingeschlossen Polster von G. limprichtii durchwachsen mit Grimmia tergestina Tomm. ex Bruch et Schimp. und mit G. anodon Bruch et Schimp. zeigten, dass G. limprichtii als eigene Art zu betrachten ist. Sie ist nur von wenigen Fundorten in den Alpen und im Himalaya bekannt.
