Kurzfassung
Durch die Pilotstudie konnte gezeigt werden, daß es in dem primär agrarisch genutzten Pudong durch die Verlagerung von Betrieben aus Shanghai zum Eindringen von Schwermetallen in das Nahrungsnetz gekommen ist. Nach den für China gültigen Richtwerten ist für die bei den Hauptnahrungsmittel, Reis und Kohl, an mehreren Meßstellen eine Überschreitung für Blei und Cadmium festgestellt worden. Aus den analytischen Befunden von Kaninchenleber und Menschenhaaren läßt sich eine schwache Tendenz zur Akkumulation von Schwermetallen anthropogener Herkunft in der Umwelt ableiten.
Abstract
The pilot study shows the contamination with heavy metals in the food web of the region of Pudong as a consequence of shifting the industry from Shanghai to the mentioned agrarian area. It could be demonstrated the exceed of the Chinese standard values for lead and cadmium in rice and cabbage. The analytical results of the accumulated elements in the liver of rabbits and the hair of men indicate weak tendency of increasing accumulation of heavy metals in the environment.
