Abstract
As a part of the interdisciplinary research program "Kallawaya mountain population and ecosystems" an analysis of the segetal and ruderal vegetation was carried out in 1992. Based on 235 phytosociological relevés, using the Braun-Blanquet method, 4 segetal and 10 ruderal plant communities are described. The habitats, the combination of species and the subcommunities of each community are discussed with special consideration of the different altitudinal belts.
