Kurzfassung
Es werden die Beschlüsse der Subkommission Perm-Trias der Deutschen Stratigraphischen Kommission zur lithostratigraphischen Gliederung und Abgrenzung des Rotliegend wiedergegeben und erläutert. Außerdem wird auf alternative stratigraphische Konzepte wie Sequenz- und Zyklostratigrahie, Tektono- und Vulkanostratigraphie eingegangen. Auf Klimastratigraphie wird kurz verwiesen.
Abstract
The decisions of the Subcommission Permian-Triassic of the Deutsche Stratigraphische Kommission (DSK, German Stratigraphic Commission) concerning the definition and subdivision of Rotliegend will be presented and expanded. Furthermore the application of alternative stratigraphic concepts such as sequence and base level stratigraphy, cyclostratigraphy, tectono - and volcanostratigraphy are discussed. Climatic stratigraphy is shortly mentioned.
