Abstract
The authors present a brief synthesis of the Hercynian orogenic revolution in Sardinia. This reconstrucrion is made by combining deductions concerning already well known data wich current results obtained from the co-ordinate research being done by the "Study group Variscan Orogeny in Europe of Working Group 9" on the geological profile across southern Sardinia.
Kurzfassung
Es wird eine kurze Synthese der herzynischen Orogenese in Sardinien vorgelegt. Die Rekonstruktion erfolgt auf der Grundlage bekannter Daten unter Einbeziehung neuerer Ergebnisse die bei der Erarbeitung eines geologischen Profils durch S-Sardinien im Rahmen der "Study group Variscan Orogeny in Europe of Working 9" gewonnen wurden.
