Abstract
A very successful and well organised meeting of this Commission was held at the Institute of Geography, University of Göttingen from September 30 to October 5, 1973. The theme of the meeting was “Geomorphic Processes and Process Combinations in Different Climatic Zones”. The meeting was convened by Professor Hans Poser and organised in collaboration with Professor Alfred Jahn, Chairman of the Commission. Twenty-five papers were presented and a selection of these is being published by the Göttingen Academy of Science, under the editorship of Professor Poser. Thirty-five delegates from ten countries attended the meeting. On October 4 at 20:00, a business meeting of the Commission was held.
