Abstract
The Commission is now approaching the end of its third 4-year term, having been founded at the twenty-first International Geographical Congress in New Delhi, 1968. In the last four years, the Commission has devoted itself to two main tasks: the preparation and printing of the International Geomorphological Map of Europe on a scale of 1: 2.5 million, and the compilation of a comprehensive textbook on the "Geomorphology of Europe”.
