Abstract

Geomorphology covers many topics related to landforms and their development processes. These topics cannot always be well expressed verbally, especially concerning their exact shape, size and position. For this reason, of course, geomorphological phenomena are best described in maps. In general, these maps are classified as “general purpose” or “applied”.
