Kurzfassung
Es wird über die regionale Verteilung der AB0-Allelfrequenzen im Regierungsbezirk Düsseldorf (Nordrhein-Westfalen) berichtet. Das Allel 0 zeigt relativ niedrige, das Allel B relativ hohe Frequenzen im Osten und Südosten des Untersuchungsgebietes. Diese hohen B-Frequenzen werden auf Zuwanderer aus dem Osten am Ende des 19. und zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts (Arbeiter) sowie nach 1945 zurückgeführt.
Abstract
The AB0 allele frequencies and their regional distribution have been studied in the administrative area of Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. The 0 allele shows relatively low and the B allele relatively high frequencies in the eastern and south-eastern parts of the region. The high B frequencies are interpreted as a consequence of the immigration from northeastern Germany and Poland at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century (labourers) and after 1945.
