Kurzfassung
Die Exkursion beleuchtet die sich aktuell in Umsetzung befindlichen tiefengeothermischen Systeme im Alpenvorland, genauer im Bayerischen Molassebecken. Die Exkursion beginnt mit einer geführten Besichtigung eines klassischen und sich bereits im Betrieb befindenden hydrothermalen Geothermieprojekts im Münchener Süden. Anschließend soll ein Advanced Geothermal System (AGS) in der Nähe von Geretsried besucht werden. Hier wird die Möglichkeit bestehen ein Tiefengeothermieprojekt während der Bohrphase, sowie die bereits gebaut. ORC-Anlage (Organic Rankine Cycle) zur Stromerzeugung zu besichtigen.
Abstract
The field trip highlights the deep geothermal systems currently being implemented in the North Alpine Foreland Basin, more precisely in the Bavarian Molasse Basin. The excursion will begin with a guided tour of a classic hydrogeothermal project already in operation in the south of Munich. This will be followed by a visit to an Advanced Geothermal System (AGS) near Geretsried. Here, there will be the opportunity to visit a deep geothermal project during the active drilling phase and the already built ORC-system (Organic Rankine Cycle) for electricity generation.
