Kurzfassung
Mittels quantitativer petrographischer Untersuchungen (Schotter-, Schwermineral und Tonmineralanalyse) konnten 8 Schotterakkumulationen im Bereich des Altmühl-Donau-Tals (Südliche Frankenalb) und 4 Schotterakkumulationen im Bereich des Rezat-Rednitz-Tals ("Urmain") ausgeschieden werden. Die Ablagerungen im Bereich des Altmühl-Donau-Tals, des Rezat-Rednitz-Tals und solche im Bereich des Regensburger Raums konnten darüber hinaus miteinander verknüpft werden. Aus dieser Verknüpfung ergibt sich die postriesische Flußentwicklung in Nordostbayern.
Abstract
With the help of quantitative petrographic investigations (gravel, heavy mineral and day mineral analysis) 8 gravel accumulations in the area of Altmühl-Danube-Valley (Southern Frankenalb) and 4 gravel accumulations in the area of the Rezat-Rednitz -Valley ("Urmain") could be separated. The deposits in the area of the Altmühl-Danube and Rezat-Rednitz-Valleys, and those in the area of Regensburg could be connected with each other. From this connection yield the post-riesian river development in North-East Bavaria.
Résumé
Développement du Danube et du Main dans le nord-est de la Bavière au Plio-Pléistocène. Huits dépots de gravier de la région des vallées de l'Altmühl-Danube et quatre autres de la région du Rezat-Rednitz ("Urmain") sont caractérisés sur base d'analyses pétrographiques quantitatives (galets, minéraux denses et argile). En outre tous ces d'epots peuvent etre mis en corrélation avec des accumulations semblables de la région de Regensburg.
