Abstract
The results of the study carried out with five provincial samples of the Emilia Romagna district are reported. The following erythrocyte enzyme genetic markers have been studied: ACP1, ESD, GLO1, PGM1 and PGM2. The allele frequencies have been compared with data previously reported in the literature for the same region and for Italy as a whole.
Kurzfassung
Die Arbeit bringt die Ergebnisse einer Untersuchung von fünf regionalen Stichproben aus der Emilia Romagna. Folgende Erythrozyten-Enzyme wurden untersucht: ACP1, ESD, GLO1, PGM1 und PGM2. Die Allelfrequenzen wurden verglichen mit Daten der Literatur für die gleiche Region und mit Italien insgesamt.
