Kurzfassung
Die Analyse von aus Knochensubstanz peruanischer Skelettfunde extrahierten nicht-mineralgebundenen, nicht-kollagenen Proteinen mittels elektrophoretischer Trennverfahren, der SDS-Polyacrylamidgel-Elektrophorese und der isoelektrischen Fokussierung, ergibt einerseits Molekulargewichtsbanden und andererseits eine Verteilung im pH-Gradienten, die mit bestimmten polymorphen Serumproteinen im Zusammenhang stehen könnte. Ein spezifischer Proteinnachweis ist durch Anwendung immunologischer Techniken möglich.
Abstract
The analysis of non-mineralbound, non-collagenous proteins from ancient Peruvian human bones with electrophoretical methods, SDS-polyacrylamide-electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing, results in molecular weight bands on the one hand and a pH-gradient distribution on the other hand, which are perhaps connected with polymorphic serum proteins. A specific protein identification is possible with immunological methods.
