Abstract
Cyanobacteria (Cyanophyta, Cyanoprokaryota) belong to the most fascinating organisms. They have survived since the Precambrian without lowing their vitality, and started the origin of plant development. Therefore, their evolution, biological strategies and recent diversity belong to those extremely interesting and urgent scientific problems.
