Abstract
Sterols and hydrocarbons of the green microalga Coelastrum cambricum and C. sphaericum were studied. The main sterol in C. cambricum is chondrillasterol - 71 % and the main sterol in C. sphaericum is ergosterol - 90% of the sterols.
