Abstract
According to gross lithology and primary sedimentary structures, the pre-Nile alluvium (Pleistocene) in the Pyramids area is exposed in four cycles of channel lag gravels, point bars and overbank flood plain sediments.
Kurzfassung
Allgemeine Lithologie und primäre Sedimentstrukturen zeigen, daß das Vor-Nil-Alluvium im Gebiet der Pyramiden vier Zyklen von Rinnenboden-Grobsedimenten, Gleithang-Schichten und Überschwemmungs-Sedimenten enthält.
