Abstract

Campylopus longigemmatus Gao has proved to be a species of Dicranodontium. 84. C. atrovirens De Not. var. cucullatifolius J. -P. Frahm described from Alaska is reported for Europe, where it had been collected by Mitten in 1869 in Wales. 85. Campylopus cubensis Sull, is not synonymous with C. filifolius (Hornsch.) Mitt, as indicated by Mitten but is a distinct species. Campylopus exaltatus (C. Müll.) Par. is placed as a variety to C. cubensis. 86. Campylopus leptodictyon Broth, and C. ditrichoides Broth, from Brazil and C. delicatulus Williams described from Cuba are synonymous with C. angustiretis (Aust.) Sull. & Lesq. 87. Campylopus setaceus Card, from the Azores and C. saxatilis Williams from the West Indies have proved to be synonymous with C. cygneus (Hedw.) Brid.
