Kurzfassung
22 Proben von Lepraria lesdainii — überwiegend aus Mitteleuropa — sind mittels Dünnschichtchromatographie und p. p. Flechtenmassenspektrometrie analysiert worden. Hauptinhaltsstoff ist ein Triterpen, für das der Name “Lesdainin” vorgeschlagen wird. Die Verbindung ist vermutlich identisch mit 6ɑ-Acetoxyhopan-22-ol. Morphologie, Ökologie und Verbreitung der Art werden kurz beschrieben.
Abstract
21 specimens of Lepraria lesdainii — for the most part of Central Europe — have been analysed using thin layer chromatography as well as partly lichen mass spectrometry. The major compound is a triterpene, for which the name “lesdainin” is proposed. The compound is supposed to be identical with 6ɑ-acetoxyhopan-22-ol. Morphology, ecology and distribution of the species are briefly described.
