Call for Applications for the 2020 Max-Margules-Award

In commemoration of famous Austrian meteorologist Max Margules (1856-1920), the Austrian Meteorological Society ÖGM has established the Max-Margules-Award. The award is given every three years to young scientists for a high quality paper published in one of the most recent three volumes of its scholarly journal Meteorologische Zeitschrift.

Applicant(s) must have been under the age of 35 years at the time they submitted their paper for publication. The award may be split among co-authors if they have made corresponding contributions to the papers.

Austrian Meteorological Society ÖGM cordially invites young colleagues who qualify to apply for the 2020 Max-Margules-Award by submitting the PDF-file of their Met.Z. paper, published in volumes 26 (2017), 27 (2018) or 28 (2019) of Met.Z. no

no later than 31 December 2019
