New Dryolestida (Theria) from the Late Cretaceous of Los Alamitos, Argentina, and paleogeographical comments

Abstract
Three new genera of dryolestoid mammals from the Late Cretaceous of Patagonia are based on isolated molars. Two of them plus Casamiquelia Bonaparte are referred to the Casamiqueliidae n. fam. The current state of knowledge of the Los Alamitos Theria and the relationships of "Barberenia" with dryolestoids are discussed. The Los Alamitos fauna is the only assemblage of mammals recorded in the Late Cretaceous of Gondwana. There is no current evidence to consider that this fauna evolved in isolation.
Kurzfassung
Anhand von isolierten oberen Molaren werden drei Gattungen neu aufgestellt. Zwei von ihnen bilden zusammen mit Casamiquelia Bonaparte die neue Familie Casamiqueliidae. Der gegenwärtige Kenntnisstand über die Theria von Los Alamitos und die Beziehungen von "Barberenia" zu den Dryolestoiden werden diskutiert. Die Fauna von Los Alamitos ist die einzige Säugetier-Assoziation, die bisher aus der Gondwana-Unterkreide bekannt wurde. Es gibt keine Hinweise darauf, daß sie sich in geographischer Isolation entwickelt hatte.
