Abstract
The remains of a cryptodiran turtle are described from a Middle Jurassic horizon at Kirtlington Quarry, Oxfordshire, England. The turtle possesses features of the family Pleurosternidae and is provisionally assigned to that group.
Kurzfassung
Aus einer Kleinwirbeltier-Lagerstätte des Kirtlington-Steinbruchs bei Stonesfield werden Schildkröten-Fragmente beschrieben, die vermutlich in die Familie Pleurosternidae der cryptodiren Chelonia gehören.
