Abstract

This review provides data of C. fimbriata disease by focusing on the emerging pathogen on different hosts with diverse symptoms. Based on the literature until 2022, C. fimbriata was recorded from 74 species, 55 genera and 35 families in 46 countries on all continents. The known hosts are all angiosperms. Colocasia esculenta, Ipomoea batatas, Theobroma cacao, and species of Coffea, Eucalyptus, Populus, and Prunus are common hosts for C. fimbriate.
