Abstract
Globigerinatheka semiinvoluta and G. index aegyptiaca evolve both from the G. index/G. tropicalis plexus during the interval from the top of the Middle Eocene to the first appearance of G. semiinvoluta, i. e. the Turborotalia pseudoampliapertura Zone (sensu Haggag 1990).
Kurzfassung
Globigerinatheka semiinvoluta und G. index aegyptiaca entwickeln sich aus dem G. index/G. tropicalis Plexus im Bereich zwischen dem Ende des Mittleren Eozän und dem Erstauftreten von G. semiinvoluta, d. h. innerhalb der Turborotalia pseudoampliapertura Zone im Sinne von Haggag (1990).
