Abstract
Abstract Fused-cast mullites containing Ti were investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The EPR measurements were performed at room temperature for both X- and Q-band frequencies. Two slightly different Ti3+ centres were observed, which are assigned to at least two octahedral Ti sites in mullite with slightly different deformation.
