Abstract
Born from comprehensive discussions and the consensus between the Meteorological Societies of Germany, Austria and Switzerland with respect to a new direction in our publications, one Journal will be published starting in February 2000. It will be a true synthesis of the former "Meteorologische Zeitschrift" and "Contributions to Atmospheric Physics".
Kurzfassung
Geboren aus umfangreichen Diskussionen und dem Konsens zwischen den Meteorologischen Gesellschaften Deutschlands, Österreichs und der Schweiz, eine Neuordnung auf dem Publikationssektor betreffend, wird beginnend im Jahr 2000 eine Zeitschrift erscheinen, die in ihrer Verbreitung und ihrem Inhalt eine echte Synthese aus den bisherigen Veröffentlichungen "Meteorologische Zeitschrift" und "Beiträge zur Physik der Atmosphäre" bildet.
