Abstract
Twenty two species of Bivalvia belonging to twenty genera and subgenera are discussed. Of these, eleven species are considered to be new and are named.Truncacila, Pinna, Cycladicama, and Textivenus are recorded for the first time from the Egyptian Eocene.
Kurzfassung
22 Arten von Bivalvia, die zu zwanzig Gattungen und Untergattungen gehören, werden diskutiert. Von diesen sind elf Arten neu und werden benannt. Truncacila, Pinna, Cycladicama und Textivenus werden zum ersten Mal aus dem Eocen von Ägypten beschrieben.
