Kurzfassung
Anhand der Schultergürtelkonstruktion der Nothosaurier und des ursprünglichen Plesiosauriers Cryptoclidus wird das Schwestergruppenverhältnis der Nothosaurier und Plesiosaurier aufgezeigt. Die Herkunft der Sauropterygier und die verwandtschaftlichen Beziehungen innerhalb der Nothosaurier werden mit der Hennigschen Methode zu klären versucht.
Abstract
The construction of the shoulder girdle of nothosaurs and the primitive plesiosaur Cryptoclidus proves that nothosaurs and plesiosaurs are sister groups. The ancestry of sauropterygians and the phylogenetic relationships among nothosaurs are worked out by Hennig's methodology.
