Abstract
In this contribution an attempt has been made to cover wide spectrum of Indian Hyaloscyphaceae. It brings one volume for all recorded and new taxa described from India. The taxa are cross referenced to their recent positions. A total of 76 species distributed among 18 genera with their host range, trophic levels, occurrence, distribution and herbarium numbers are given. It is designed as a reference work and alphabetically arranged for swift access to the to-date information on Indian species. Useful references related with the Indian records of the family are given. This volume is the first modern regional hyaloscyphaceous monograph compiled in India.
