Since the publication of Part III the author has not received collections from new correspondents and no new methods have been used in studying the specimens. In the following enumeration the author has not repeated family or genus descriptions given in Part I. Keys have been revised where additional species have been found, otherwise they have not been repeated. Species described in Part I have been listed only when more specimens have been studied.
