Abstract
Two complete teeth of Petalodus ohioensis Safford 1853 (Petalodontida) from the Upper Carboniferous, Upper Gzhelian, of the Karavanke Mountains are the first record of Petalodus from Slovenia and only the second occurrence in the Alps.
Kurzfassung
Zwei vollständige Zähne von Petalodus ohioensis Safford 1853 (Petalodontida) aus dem Oberen Gzhelium der Karawanken sind der erste Nachweis von Petalodus in Slowenien und das zweite belegte Vorkommen in den Alpen.
